Trans fats are so unhealthy that the Food and Drug Administration recently introduced a  ban on trans fats to food manufacturers or producers to prevent foods and beverages from being the main source of artificial trans fats. The FDA expects this measure to prevent thousands of deaths related to heart attacks or cardiac arrest each year, but before this regulation takes effect, some products with added trans fats may still be available in department stores, supermarkets, or convenience stores. groceries. The manufactured form of trans fat is known as hydrogenated oil, here are some foods that contain transfat or some sources of trans fat:

●       Baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, and pies

●       Microwave popcorn

●       Frozen pizza

●       Refrigerated dough, such as biscuits and rolls

●       Fried foods, including French fries, doughnuts, and fried chicken
