This question arises every time when we buy something. Yes, for common people they cannot afford the things from Supermarket but one cannot deny the fact that supermarket vegetables are clean and processed but has less nutritional value in it. On the other hand, Local vegetable markets are very nutritional and directly comes from the farm but we can’t guarantee it’s safety. Because compare to Supermarket both goes hand to hand every single day. The only difference is that the Supermarket vegetable and fruits are safer than Local market.
But safety is not necessary because we thoroughly clean the vegetables before we eat. So, it’s not state that Supermarket is not a good option in any sense. Because their vegetables still have nutritional value. One thing that differs both in a large area is that we’ve the right to bargain with the seller. While in supermarkets the Market Retailer Price is the minimum price technically, we can’t bargain because all the prices are registered on computer when we go for billing.
Conclusion
Overall, the vegetable market is the best choice for buying vegetables. The vegetables and fruits are directly from the source, high nutrition value, Organic, all are seasonal and most importantly taste better. But, it’s not that the supermarket is wrong choice, even sometimes the vegetables from the supermarket have high in quality and tastes better and has less amount of people in the store. That’s why rich people prefer supermarket rather than the local one. So, it’s up to the people what the prefer.
